The Peninsula Hotel is ideally situated on a sandy beach on the north-west coast of the Guernsey.

The Peninsula, as the name suggests, is situated on a peninsula on the north west coast of Guernsey. The location means it’s Guernsey’s only hotel whereby you do not have to cross a road to get to the beach, making it ideal for families.

Situated next to Grande Harve Bay, which loosely translates as big harbour, to the front of the hotel and Port Grat Bay to the rear there’s quick and easy access to a marine world of endless entertainment. Protected from dangerous currents the shoreline offers superb paddle boarding, swimming and exploration of rock pools and the associated wildlife.

If sand and rock pools aren’t your thing relax on a sun lounger by the outdoor pool which is heated May – September with a cocktail followed by lunch in the extensive alfresco dining space overlooking the pool. There is a dedicated shallow pool which is perfectly suited to supervised small children taking their first splashes into the world of swimming.
