Perfectly placed for a successful meeting, the Peninsula Hotel has the right room for every occasion: Guernsey Conferences, Meetings, Seminars, Dinner Dance, Family Celebrations, Weddings, Christmas Parties. All the conference rooms enjoy natural daylight but can easily be blacked out.

Grande Havre Suite

The Grand Havre Suite is the largest conference room at the Peninsula Hotel Guernsey and is situated on the ground floor benefiting from direct access through large doors, greatly facilitating loading and unloading for exhibitions or product launches.

The Grand Havre Suite is the most flexible conference room as it can be divided into 2 or 3 sections depending on guest requirements. This makes it very suitable for meetings and conferences in Guernsey, especially as the room dividers can be moved within minutes.

The Grand Havre Suite is also ideal for banquets, weddings and other social functions as it has its own private bar and can be equipped with a dance floor. It has a capacity of over 200 delegates theatre style and can seat 150 guests for banquets.

This Suite is Air Conditioned.

The Grand Havre Suite can accommodate:

  • 150 guest for dinner
  • 140 delegates classroom style
  • 105 delegates boardroom style
  • 76 delegates U-shape

Vazon, Cobo and L’Islet Suites

Our Grand Havre Suite divides up into 3 meeting rooms of 70 m2 each: Vazon, Cobo and L’Islet Suites.

Each room has natural daylight and opens up onto extensive gardens. Vazon Room is also equipped with a private bar.

This Suites are Air Conditioned.

Each of these suites can accommodate:

  • 40 delegates classroom style
  • 70 delegates theatre style
  • 25 delegates U-shape (as illustrated)

St. Saviour Suite

St. Saviour Suite is the smallest meeting room and is very often used as a syndicate conference room in conjunction with St Sampson’s Suite. As with all meeting rooms at the Peninsula Hotel Guernsey, it has natural daylight and can accommodate all necessary conference equipment.

The St. Saviour Suite is ideal for smaller and more intimate meetings or Guernsey conferences and can be set up as follows:

  • 8 delegates boardroom style (as illustrated)
  • 10 delegates classroom style
  • 16 delegates theatre style
  • 7 delegates U-shape

St. Sampson Suite

St. Sampson Suite is one of the smaller meeting rooms at the Peninsula Hotel Guernsey and is often booked in conjunction with the adjacent St. Saviour Suite to be used as a breakaway room. As with all the meeting rooms, St. Sampson Suite has natural daylight and can be fully equipped with any conference equipment and can accommodate up to 30 delegates.

St. Sampson Suite can accommodate:

  • 30 delegates classroom style
  • 45 delegates theatre style
  • 16 delegates U-shape (as illustrated)

Private Functions

Private functions can cater from 20-100 for birthday parties, anniversaries, christenings, office parties, wakes, charity events and more. Make the most of the only big screen available for private hire to ensure a party like no other. Special rates for accommodation are offered when booking functions at the Peninsula.
